This customer needed a solution that was not only durable and practical, but also designed to keep tack and grooming gear organised and easy to transport. From the very first meeting, it was clear this wasn’t an off-the-shelf request — and that’s exactly where we shine.
From Sketch to Real-World Functionality
Armed with their drawings, we worked closely with the client to refine the concept. Our in-house design team transformed the initial idea into detailed 3D CAD models, making it easy to visualise the finished product before anything was built. Every feature was discussed — from the internal layout and material choices, to how the doors would open and where every piece of equipment would live.

Top-Opening Compartment: Perfectly sized for saddle storage, with integrated hooks for bridles, headcollars, reins and more.

As the trolley moved from design to fabrication, our workshop team kept the client involved at every step, sharing progress photos — from the frame being built to the finished product, ready to roll.
