Choose from a wide range of profile sizes, available in full 6 metre lengths or cut to your required size. We can also machine your profiles and supply complete ready-to-assemble kits. Order profiles online in lengths up to 3 metres, or contact our team for longer lengths.
The 30 Series features 30 mm modular dimensions with a 10 mm T-slot, making it ideal for lightweight structures. The 40 Series offers increased rigidity for larger spans and higher load applications while maintaining the same 10 mm slot system for versatile component compatibility.
T-Slot Profiles 30 Series
This series is based on 30mm modular dimensions and 10mm slot width. available in sizes:
30x30 | 30x30/90 two closed sides | 30x60 | 30x60/90 two closed sides | 60x60 | 30x80 | 30x40
The two profiles are suitable for both 30 & 40 Series 30x80 | 30x40
Recommended for light-duty frames.
T-Slot Profiles 40 Series
This series is based on 40mm modular dimensions and 10mm slot width, available in sizes:
40x40 | 40x40/90 two closed sides | 40x80 | 40x80/90 two closed sides | 80x80
The two profiles are suitable for both 30 & 40 Series 30x80 | 30x40
For applications with higher loads we recommend to use 40 Series profiles, due to its structural strength and sturdy design.
30 & 40 Series Aluminium Profiles for Light and Heavy-Duty Applications
The 30 and 40 Series aluminium profiles from AME System can be used in a variety of applications due to their modular design and versatility.
Light-Duty Frames and Structures (30 Series):
Applications: Workbenches, display stands, light machinery safety enclosures, jigs and fixtures and custom shelving units.
The 30 Series is designed for light-duty use, offering flexibility in design with 30mm modular dimensions. Its smaller profile is ideal for projects where space and weight are considerations.
Heavy-Duty Frames and Industrial Applications (40 Series):
Applications: Industrial workstations, conveyor systems, machine safety guards,(safety fencing for robots), jigs and fixtures and support structures.
The 40 Series provides greater structural strength, making it suitable for applications that require sturdier, more robust frames to support heavier loads.
Custom Fabrications:
Applications: Bespoke solutions for manufacturing lines, (safety fencing for robots) robotics, and automated systems, (DIY CNC and 3D printer frames).
The compatibility between the 30x80 and 30x40 profiles across both series allows for custom fabrication, where specific requirements dictate a blend of light and heavy-duty components.
