Browse our range of aluminium profiles. From the dropdown menu Aluminium Profiles select the profile you need, for example 40x80 T-Slot Aluminium Profile.

From the product page you will be able to:

• View profile images and specifications datasheet

In the Profile Configurator section #1  enter any length between min. 30mm to max. 3000mm

Drilling - Add Holes for drilling (mm)

For drilling in the section #2, you can specify:

• Hole position in mm
• Side for drilling: left or right
• Hole diameter: 8mm (standard) or 10mm (optional)
• Which slot to drill. (The profiles like 40x80 include 6 slots. Make sure you choose the correct side - there will be a visual representation of the slots).
• You can add additional holes, per requirement by + Add Hole

Tapping

For tapping in the section #3 simply select the required side to tap.

You can always check your Product Configuration View on how you position you holes and tapping on your profile. See the below example.

Enter the number of profiles required in the section #4 - you can manually type the desired number, instead of using the buttons +/-

The calculator provides a visual representation of your profile and machining selections.The pricing updates automatically as changes are made.

Once you're happy with your configuration, click Add to Cart.

Your shipping will be calculated at the end after you include the shipping address.

If your choice was to collect in shop then you will receive notification to your email or mobile number.
