Position access holes accurately and consistently with the AME System Drilling Jig. Designed specifically for AME aluminium profiles, the jig helps locate 8 mm holes when connecting perpendicular profile members within a frame.
The jig slides along the profile slot and locks securely at the required drilling position using the integrated M6 knob. Hardened steel drill guides help maintain drill alignment and protect the 3D-printed jig during repeated use.

How to Use
- Mark the required hole position on the aluminium profile.
- Select the drilling jig that matches your profile series.
- Slide the jig along the profile to the marked position.
- Align the pencil mark with the outside wall of the jig.
- Turn the black M6 knob clockwise to secure the jig.Drill through the hardened steel guide using an 8 mm drill.
